Mike developed the very first complete ICD-10 Compliance Programsm in 2008, and since then has coached well over 300 hospitals and payors on getting ready for ICD-10.

Anyway, this week we’ve invited our friend Mike Magliaro, MBA, MHA, of Magliaro Advisory Services, to come back and coach us on just a part of a recent webinar he gave, sponsored by HFMA, about ICD-10 Fast Track Compliance.

Mike will review and discuss with us the Keys to Successful ICD-10 Compliance Transition at Eight Weeks:

  • Know the Context of this change
  • What’s the Bottom Line?
  • Technology, Distractions & Fighting City Hall
  • Consequences, Impacts & the Future
  • The AMA-CMS Compromise
  • Workflow Choke-Points
